Universidades y mercado laboral ante la inteligencia artificial: Una reseña sobre formación y gobernanza

Resumen

Este estudio revisa la literatura sobre cómo las universidades se están adaptando ante transformaciones del mercado laboral impulsadas por la inteligencia artificial (IA). Mediante una revisión bibliográfica estructurada en Scopus y Web of Science, se analizaron 38 artículos y documentos de organismos internacionales. Los hallazgos se organizan en tres ejes: capital humano (competencias técnicas, cognitivas y socioemocionales), empleabilidad (inserción y desempeño laboral) y triple hélice (vinculación universidad–industria–gobierno). Se observa énfasis en competencias híbridas y en marcos de gobernanza ética de la IA, junto con brechas curriculares y de articulación con el entorno productivo. Se sugiere la relevancia de investigaciones futuras en “capital IA”, diseño de ecosistemas de formación continua y gobernanza universitaria para una integración estratégica de la IA en las organizaciones.
