Abstract

The automotive industry has given great importance to the specials processes. To standardize these processes are use of publications of the manuals named Continuous Quality Improvement that beyond being requirements for the automotive sector they are excellent guides to control and to monitor the specials processes. To fulfill these requirements, it is necessary to define a project of improvement that to ensure that these processes are trustworthy and take care of to these new requirements. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the implementation of controls of CQIs manuals in special cases.

First which had been defined are the specials processes and after this sizing became fulfilled an auto evaluation using the manuals Continuous Quality Improvement, what it generated action plans and a perception of the importance of the controls demanded in these manuals. This implementation permitted a reduction of 8,97% for monthly of refuse and savings of approximately US$ 762.666,00 in the year.
