La descapitalización de la agricultura de Ñuble: 1874 -1980

El presente artículo pretende presentar el proceso de descapitalización sufrido por la agricultura de la Provincia de Ñuble, entre 1874 y 1980, y cuya base económica-productiva es tal actividad. Se ha considerado este lapso histórico, que se inicia con la Gran Depresión Mundial de 1874, con sus duros efectos en la agricultura ñublense, en tanto se concluye en 1980, fecha coincidente con las consecuencias de la Reforma Agraria. La agricultura de Ñuble partía y terminaba este ciclo con los mismos problemas estructurales, agravados con la minifundización.
