Mendoza y los orígenes de la ciudad neoliberal

Las transformaciones políticas y económicas que acompañaron el proyecto neoliberal en Argentina han condicionado y trastocado las reglas de producción del espacio urbano, resultando un modelo de desarrollo urbano liderado principalmente por los agentes del mercado, denominado genéricamente urbanismo neoliberal. Proponemos una reflexión exploratoria sobre los primeros rasgos de urbanismo neoliberal que están emergiendo y consolidándose en el Área Metropolitana de Mendoza (AMM) en las últimas décadas, como consecuencia de la reestructuración urbana que este modelo impone a nivel mundial.
