Gobernanza metropolitana en Chile, ensayo de un análisis a partir de dimensiones críticas: Quién - Cómo - Qué

Este trabajo tiene por objeto explorar el uso de la perspectiva de las dimensiones críticas de la gobernanza (WHO – HOW – WHAT) para el análisis del diseño de la gobernanza metropolitana propuesta para Chile. En este sentido, al usar una adaptación del estudio de casos a un diseño contemplado en una ley, se está ante un estudio de carácter exploratorio y no concluyente. Parte del análisis desarrollado en las paginas siguientes, muestra que existen ciertos elementos del diseño institucional que no están definidos con presión lo cual puede traer problemas en la implementación.
