Metropolitan gobernance in Chile, essay of an analysis based on descriptive dimensions: Who-How-What

This work aims to explore the use of the perspective of critical dimensions of governance (WHO – HOW – WHAT) for the analysis of the design of the proposed metropolitan governance for Chile. In this sense, by using an adaptation of the case study to a design covered by a law, an exploratory and inconclusive study is before. Part of the analysis developed on the following pages shows that there are certain elements of institutional design that are not defined with pressure which can lead to problems in implementation.
