Abstract

In this article, because of the rate of company’s confidence measured by INE, it is made a comparative analysis of the Chilean retail sector (Paris- La Polar), concept that allows to quantify the corporative government’s influence in the workers.

The methodology TANKAN of rate’s calculation is described; From this rate it is proceeded to present and estimate the trust of the companies’ workers. After this, the influence of the corporative government’s decisions above the trust is analyzed.

The presentation of the results it is made through tables that allow to give a view of the given answers by the workers of each company.
