Abstract

In this article we analysis the Chilean Boys Scout institution practicing(conduct) conde. This searching is based on Silva B. (2011) model, called: “Metodología de Evaluación de Prácticas de Gobierno Corporativo” (Corporate Government code practicing method), wich one analyse how to using and getting the differents corporate government conduct code. Moreover this conduct code is a previous diagnosing about the institution behavior. Further on this code, this one evaluate according the kind of leadership leading the institution, and divide them according formal leader responsible for institutional activities and informal leaders responsible for institutional activities. The result of the previous analsys setting the institution weakness and strenghs, giving according that the good practicing the institution is doing good.
