Abstract

Over the years – and in a context of globalization and therefore of constant changes – the new generations of workers acquire new characteristics, wishes, and labor perspectives which set challenges such as the permanence and satisfaction of employees to the companies.

This article has the general objective to characterize the “Y” generation and its insertion into the labor market. At the same time it is proposed to establish leadership proposals to facilitate the employment of this generation in today’s job market.
