This study assesses the impact on earnings and employability of students INFOCAP by quasi-experimental method of propensity score matching. The results show an increase of approximately 70% of earnings after a year of graduation of students, concluding that the results of this private training program of a nonprofit institution based on volunteers are far superior to comparable government training programs in Chile and Latin America. This questions the efficiency of resource allocation to public training programs.
