As reference, four companies of a Northern Mexican city were chosen, and their analysis was supported on a mixed methodology based on structured interviews and guide survey questionnaires applied to managers and executives. The results manifest not only the relevance of the methodological measuring design in order to be replicated in other case studies, but also threads coincidences with other studies that conclude that the companies with a greater number of quality systems have a better performance in the production and sales amounts.
