The communication process in innovative projects in education

The contemporary scene demand the organizations to develop permanent relationship with the environment, to reduce uncertainty and lead to common learning spaces and construction of meaning, process that acquires radical relevance to the communications field.
Given this, the article analyzes about the characterization of the media generated by the Territorial Education System, developed by the University of Bio-Bio, based on variables such as type of representatives involved, source of topics creation and contents, and interactions around content creation.
We concluded on the need to articulate different control of communication, so we can process the construction of strategic learning between different actors associated with change projects; developing a proposal to coordinate the media to innovation projects in general and the Territorial System of Education in particular.
