Communication and articulation of actors in education: The strategic process of territorial education system of Universidad del Bío-Bío

The present article present the communicational process developed by the Territorial Education System of Universidad del Bío-Bío. It shows that the perspectives from which it is possible to develop the communication process between various actors are found in a wide spectrum of development and application of strategies, tools, means and actions undertaken. It makes it possible to address it both from the emerging and situational stand point, collecting peculiarities and each situation from the start and the evolution of the articulation process itself that has developed in each instance.
