Abstract

The study determines the relationship between beliefs variable with the leadership model applied to the full range Celulosa Arauco S.A , Cholguán . The type of study is descriptive and correlational, the research design is not experimental and cross-sectional data, the collection was carried out through an anonymous survey that considers Likert which considers two previously developed instruments, which are: multifactorial leadership questionnaire and organizational beliefs. The research explores how beliefs infl uence on leadership and what leadership style prevails in the company study.
