Telepráctica en Atención Temprana: Reflexión Fonoaudiológica con un enfoque en la educación parental y el vínculo afectivo

Resumen
La pandemia de SARS-CoV-2 actuó como un catalizador inesperado para la adopción masiva de la telepráctica en la atención temprana. Si bien esta modalidad ha demostrado ser una respuesta efectiva a la necesidad de continuidad de servicios, su verdadero potencial trasciende las barreras geográficas y tecnológicas. Este artículo de reflexión profundiza en un cambio de paradigma, argumentando que la telepráctica es una herramienta poderosa para fortalecer los modelos de intervención centrados en la familia. Se propone un enfoque holístico que integra tres pilares teóricos fundamentales: la educación emocional, la teoría del apego y las estrategias de apoyo conductual positivo. Se sostiene que al empoderar a los padres como agentes primarios de la intervención, y al centrarse en la calidad del vínculo afectivo, la telepráctica no solo aborda las dificultades de comunicación, sino que promueve el desarrollo integral del niño, la regulación emocional y el bienestar familiar. La reflexión se apoya en una revisión crítica de la literatura reciente sobre el apoyo conductual positivo.
