Abstract

El presente trabajo constituye un diagnóstico preliminar del estado actual del medio ambiente de la ciudad de Chillán. Se emplea una metodología adaptada y modificada a los indicadores disponibles o posibles de estimar a objeto de evaluar la potencialidad de los modelos de sustentabilidad urbana. Se ha seleccionado los indicadores de recursos ( agricultura, suelo, agua) y los indicadores de impactos (salud, vivienda/urbanización y residuos)
