Abstract

No es posible hablar de la construcción con madera en Canadá sin mencionar la industria forestal desarrollada en dicho país. Y hablar de Canadá, es necesariamente referirse a la provincia de British Columbia (B.C.), ubicada en la costa del Pacífico, cuya producción de madera conífera, desde sus inicios en 1846, es mayor que la de EE.UU. y Rusia en conjunto.
