El plan regulador de Concepción - 1960
Abstract
Un Plan Regulador dispone de actividades humanas en el territorio de su competencia y las relaciona con el medio natural para maximizar el bienestar social. El análisis de la realidad e identificación de problemas, restricciones y potencialidades, cambios y evoluciones que pueden producirse permite anticipar un futuro desarrollo y establecer alternativas que orienten la ocupación del espacio en determinado sentido, interviniendo creativamente en su proceso de evolución.
