Aprendiendo de Chillán. El caso del by pass

Abstract

El cambio del trazado de la carretera panamericana, trae aparejada a obsolescencia de tradicionales referencias urbanas y ciudadanas de Chillán, como el Monumento y Escultura a Bernardo O'higgins en Chillán Viejo, el Monumento a Prat frente a la Escuela México, y otros muchos espacios ceremoniales de la ciudad.
