Abstract

Nowadays humans as a resource are considered a important factor in terms of organization, because of that fact, the aim of this study is to identify if this resource is regarded as a competitive advantage for organization. A theoretical revision will be made about the internal and external factors that create competitive advantages, besides it will be also revised how from this organization advantages better corporate results can be obtained. The descriptive analysis, applied to some offices from Banco Estado, generated as a result that only the internal factor known as training (which is measured by the workers’ educational level) creates competitive advantages for the organization that is being studied.
