Abstract

The main purpose of this work is to present a proposal on the input-output matrix subject, related to obtain the transformation algorithm for a output by output matrix into a job by job matrix, where the coefficients represent the required employment for the company i for each job in the factory j, to produce a product in the factory j. Starting from the Hewings proposal (1985) we found relations between this and the Leontief inverse.

In the second part, we describe the methodology for a direct employment coefficient matrix derivative, using the industry hypothesis. Finally, comparative results for the national economy 2003-2008 are shown.
