From the city to the metropolis premature: The three processes involved

Urban areas of metropolitan trends represent key urban concentrations, which tend to offer multiple satisfiers announcing raise the welfare of its inhabitants, but also in these places, where population growth and rapid territorial produce multiple problems, including infrastructure enabling different spaces that lead to spatial segregation of social groups. In which urban growth precipitate, which transforms a city into a metropolis, we have identified three processes involved, which are the basis to explain the concept of metropolis premature.
