Plaza Bicentenario de Concepción
Abstract
El Programa de Recuperación Urbana de la Ribera Norte del Río Bío-Bío, recoge el viejo anhelo de recuperar el borde del río para la ciudad de Concepción, como un terreno de expansión urbana. El logro de esa meta, ha significado desde el año 1995, el desarrollo de una propuesta que integra un conjunto de elementos funcionales y morfológicos que se integran a la estructura global de la ciudad y que configuran una serie de piezas urbanas básicas componentes de la propuesta.
