Articulation of public and private actor for the local development of the territory

The local development of a territory is determined by the social, economic and cultural possession of the territory also depends on the joint that is generated between the various actors to promote development from a logic of endogeneity, which now day is important considering that all locations are influenced and determined by what happens in the global village. Joint resources in the region is a key task for achieving development, being necessary for it to be taking decisions that allow central devolution and promote the transfer of responsabilities to local territory.
