Abstract

One of the most important advances of the European Union in all its history is to have formed sufficient the legal force for that the freedom of circulation of the workers is today in day a reality installed in each one of the countries members. This work tries to contribute to the establishment of the real situation of the immigrants and his posibility for to work.
