Abstract

The expansión of the metropolitan areas and it’s space bounderies seem that in the actual days, has exceded the capacity of the ones in charge of directing the urban development, from there, the importance in generating operative instruments that can contribute to operate the public policies; one of these tools of planning, would be the one, that can delimit the peripheral zones of growth.
