As a fundamental part of territorial planning studies, the soil as essential component of the urban structure and sustenance of the diff erent activities realized by the man, has singular importance to the moment that the value, the use and the agents that in them he intervenes turn factors that stimulate or re-bring the development of a place, bringing as consequence social segregations. of there that in this work devotes itself knowing, from the case of Valle de Bravo, the infl uence that the external agents exercise in the changes of the value of living soil, taking as a point of item the evolution of the boss of occupation of the soil and the economic activities.
