Paseo de invierno de Concepción
Abstract
La columna vertebral de los procesos urbanos en la ciudad de Concepción, lo viene a constituir el llamado "Eje Bicentenario", que se extiende como un corredor que se inicia en la Diagonal Pedro Aguirre Cerda hasta los Tribunales, el paseo Bicentenario, actual Barros Arana y concluye en la Plaza España al final del nódulo que se radicará en el Barrio Cívico de la ciudad y que albergará el total de los edificios públicos.
