Culture refers to distinct spiritual and material, intellectual and affective attributes of a social group or society, which means that it refers not only to tangible and intangible assets, but also to rights, value systems, traditions and beliefs. In that sense, the expression "cultural heritage" as a group of assets that belong to every member of the society, represents the legacy and base of the historical memory and cultural identity as a society and citizens.
The fluvial border of the city of Buenos Aires, categorized as a complex system and a cultural landscape in evolution, integrates parts that relate to each other, forming the territorial unity that is object of this inquity.
The chosen variables for identifying its interaction put forward the socieconomic dynamics of this territorial space, while at the same time, allowing performing a detailed description of it, which is also interesting to present in this work.
