Abstract

The last decade has seen a sudden process of change of the territorial dynamics generated by activities that are closely related to significant flows of investments, where most of them are the result of a territorialisation process of residential tourism.

This article reviews some of the spatial processes under the influence of previous territorial incidents in a context of conflict between divergent interests of the social structure and the natural environment, under various cultural, social and psychological resistances.
