Keywords:
real estate attributes, causality, space analysisAbstract
The present work looks for to establish of preliminary form relations of causality between attributes of district or microdistrict and the prices of the new departments in a market in expansion. In that sense, an analysis by means of a product model settled down and the resulting data base was put under a geographic and space analysis. Later a multivaried analysis was applied, with a view to considering significant coefficients of causality. The conclusion confirms the valued real estate attribute more is the distance to the center of the microzone and that the green areas are located like a substitute for projects that are remoter of the center.
