This article analyzes an urban intervention in the city of Concepción by the architect Emilio Duhart, which was the Campus Plan for the University of Concepción 1957-62.
It is important in this Plan the idea of designing the public space without losing the human scale as the unit of measurement, so that the intervention is understood as a big scale architectural project.
