Viarios de cascos históricos: El Puente de las Estrellas en Ponferrada. Castilla y León. España
Keywords:
urban ways, urban centres, pedestrianised streetsAbstract
One of the main problems presented in historical areas of urban centres is to canalize the pedestrian circulation flows in harmony with the vehicle circulation flows.
This work describes pedestrian proposals for urban delight, spare time and culture, which are valuable by their own, not only for boosting the use of public spaces, but also for transforming their character, even sometimes transforming marginal and impersonal places into truly playful- cultural spaces at open sky.
