Amberes, ciudad recuperada. Síntesis del plan estructural global
Abstract
En 1990, la municipalidad de Amberes ve la necesidad de determinar un plan de sector, para tratar de resolver el creciente desequilibrio ecológico -humano y natural -que sufre la ciudad. Se trata de establecer prioridades, de establecer coherencia entre las múltiples iniciativas públicas y privadas para unir los esfuerzos hacía un objetivo común: la revitalización de la ciudad.
