Elementos de desarrollo territorial en la Provincia de Arauco
Abstract
La Región del Bío-Bío ha desarrollado con el fin de articular la inversión pública y hacerla más eficiente, una Estrategia Territorial, llamada Programa de Desarrollo Territorial (PDT), la que está en sintonía con las necesidades propias de cada comunidad y donde los ciudadanos son pieza clave como orientadores de la inversión.
