Abstract

Con motivo de la celebración de los 200 años de la constitución de la primera Junta de Gobierno el 18 de septiembre de 1810, el estado chileno se dio a la tarea de recibir el Bicentenario de la independencia con una nueva imagen urbana, que diera muestra del "nuevo rostro" que pretende proyectar el país.
