Proyecto ventana al mar: el reencuentro de una ciudad puerto con su borde mar
Abstract
Rescatar valiosos espacios para la gente y de paso generar nuevas oportunidades y negocios en el área inmobiliaria y comercial de Talcahuano y la intercomuna. Esos son los conceptos que mueven al proyecto Ventana al Mar, una iniciativa que pretende renovar el indisoluble vínculo que existe entre la ciudad y el mar que la rodea y que le abre las puertas al mundo y a la modernidad.
