El transporte urbano y sus alternativas para Santiago de Chile
Abstract
El transporte es una actividad, que además de su obvio beneficio, ha estado casi por siempre ligada a algún tipo de externalidad en contra de los habitantes que sirve.
Ya en la antigua Roma había problemas de congestión, lo que determino que en tiempos de Julio Cesar se tomaran medidas para que los carros de comercio no pudiesen entrar a la ciudad, sino que hasta después de la puesta del sol.
