Vivienda social y calidad de vida. Programa Chile Barrio: ¿soluciona las necesidades habitacionales de los más pobres?
Abstract
El gobierno ha anunciado recientemente una ampliación del número de viviendas sociales a construir, con el objeto de crear más empleo. En efecto, el programa 2002-2006 contemplaba la construcción de 489.996 unidades. El reciente anuncio de las autoridades implica aumentar este total en alrededor de 95.000 unidades, es decir alcanzar un total de alrededor de 584.996 unidades a fines del 2006.
