Intervenciones urbanas: acerca del Proyecto Urbano
Abstract
La razón de ser de las intervenciones urbanísticas, planes y proyectos, estriba en el intento de describir, explicar y controlar los cambios que traerá el tiempo y, en el fondo de nuestras esperanzas, vencer la incertidumbre y con ello dominar lo por - venir.
Conforme a sus raíces, utilizamos el término “proyecto” (a partir de proiectus), para expresar el designio de ejecutar algo, significar lo que ha de ser, o cosificar (esta vez a partir de proiicére ) la acción de lanzar algo hacia delante.
Proyectamos, entonces, ideando y empujando, siempre “en avante”.
