Consideraciones sobre calidad de vida urbana en el Proyecto de Costanera de la ciudad de Punta Arenas
Abstract
Profundo anhelo de nuestra ciudad ha sido ver materializada la costanera del estrecho. Por los volúmenes de inversión necesarios para una obra vial de tal magnitud, este deseo se ha visto largamente postergado, no obstante parte de este eje se ha concretado gracias al esfuerzo de distintas instituciones.
