Proyecto Metrotrén: ¿sueño o realidad?
Abstract
Con ocasión de la reciente entrega del estudio de pre-factibilidad del proyecto de metrotrén intercomunal, de alguna manera se revive la idea, ya casi parte de la memoria colectiva de los "pencopolitanos", de implementar un metrotrén en la intercomuna. A través de la siguiente entrevista a Guillermo Besser, Jefe Regional de Rehabilitación de la Empresa de Ferrocarriles del Estado esperamos entregar una visión más profunda sobre el "origen y destino" de este proyecto.
