Eficiency of urban facilities and its influence on the making of productive achemes of the city

The public policy group sees the need to investigate and analyze how these policies are formulated and how infrastructures are put into operation, besides assessing whether it is efficient in urban continuity and productivity and if it contemplates other challenges required worldwide with the input of signed Free Trade Agreements in Colombia's recent history (2012), and also to implement participatory actions that are configured as public agenda through participation and empowerment of urban management issues in search of a balance among public power.
