Image malls: Its urban and economic analysis

This article is referred to the impact of the commercial centers as investment projects considering the origin and evolution that has been trading in Mexico since the time precolombian to the contemporary era. A topic on the planning of the malls today and incidence of the plan to consider a project of this type is presented.
Also, the impact generated by shopping centers from an architectural view for the user, the urban environment, a sector of the economy relative to property managers, developers and owners of commercial property arises. It concludes by exploring future trends of shopping centers and their impact on the economy of a country, region or sector of society.
