Strategic planning for the management of social programs of the Ministerial Regional Secretariat of social development and the municipalities of the Bio-Bio Region

Abstract

The following study aims to carry out a strategic planning for the social programs of the Regional Ministry of Social Development, of the Bio-Bío Region, in order to improve the management of said organization. The methodology aims to use the strategic management model of David, Fred (2003), and through the use of primary and secondary sources and descriptive and exploratory information, it gets results that, translated and applied to the unit under study, allow the formulation of objectives, design of necessary and required strategies to improve the development of the agreements between this SEREMI mentioned above and the Municipalities of the Biobío Region.
