Abstract

This paper postulates a new vision and way of teaching Urbanism at the Academy level undergraduate and graduate considering contemporary reality and experiencing the discipline, from a broader perspective and open and directed toward a critical intervention scenarios increasingly complex and diverse.

To this, a vision of scales arising from the formulation of a new construct that seems essential for proper renewal in teaching Urbanism and exemplified in the case of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Bio complements Bio, to which the author belongs.
