Abstract

¿Quién podría decir que Concepción no es en Chile la ciudad del agua? Aquí hay agua por todas partes: dos ríos e innumerables riachuelos, varias bahías, hermosísimas playas, lagunas en el centro de la ciudad, humedales con ecosistemas únicos. Y, más aún, llueve copiosamente y hasta debajo del suelo hay agua a poca profundidad.
